instead of the man on top..there will be the largest clock in the world and the numbers are in arabic..and the building undernate has a VIP Resturant for only high class people and the membership of this resturant is 3000 KD a year to eat in it , the food is not for free, its a member ship resturant , lots of royals and celebrities in here
