kuwait wanted bubiyan to be a multi culture and not always full of south aisan workers..so kuwait opend the door for Latin america..we helped bring families and singel ppl to live and work in bubiyan island..and help them open a bussiness..in warba city there is a district called Latin Warba its just full of latin shops and resturants and museums and clubs and gallerys..all the ppl who live in latin warba are latin non arabic and some south asian..we have 4ooo mexicans,3000 brazilians,2000 argenitans,1000 venzulans,1000 colombian and 800 from peru,1800 puerto rico,800 cuban..amazing culture..latin warba has 300 apartment buildings,120 resturants,1200 shops,13 night clubs,10 bars,and lots of amazing things..just a good place to visit..it has 5 schools and 5 kindergardens , its the size of sabah al salem
